Daniel Gutierrez

Daniel has been working in the coffee industry for over 8 years in a variety of roles working at shops and roasters along the east coast from Vermont down to Florida. Currently he is working at Royal Oak & Lost Monarch in Middlebury, Vermont while running his own roasting company, Iluminar Coffee.
