Casper Smith

Casper is a queer, trans, and disabled coffee professional, with a passion for community, art, and activism. They have a little pup named Gravy, who is their whole entire world. When they are not serving up spro to the masses at James Coffee, they are out soaking up the San Diego sun with their pup, or just hanging at home, cooking up some vegan food and relaxing. They love hip hop music, collecting stuffed animals, and breaking down barriers in specialty coffee to make it more accessible for all, but especially for underrepresented and marginalized folks in the industry.
