David Myers
David began his coffee career in 2006, founding a small roasting company that delivered freshly roasted coffee door to door in Ann Arbor, MI. After, attending his first SCAA Expo in Minneapolis, David started networking with other roasters which led to volunteering at SCA events such as Retreat, Barista Camp, Expo. He joined the heritage RG Education Committee and was elected to the Roasters Guild Executive Council. David was asked to be part of the team that joined the heritage RG and RG-E unification process and has served on the CRG-LC since and is currently the Vice Chair.
David's latest venture is Working Title Coffee which focuses on education and training programs for roasters from small start-ups to large commercial enterprises. He is also part of the advisory board for The Coffee Lab at North Central College. He is a licensed AST for Roasting, Green Coffee and Sensory.
