Ever Meister has been in the coffee industry for 20+ years, and has worn many hats (and many aprons): These days, her focus is on communications and education, and she believes that increased access to information is one of the keys to creating a more equitable coffee value stream. She is the author of "New York City Coffee: A Caffeinated History," and the host of "In Good Taste," a podcast about coffee marketing ethics, produced by Sprudge.
