Jess Ross

Jess Ross is a cafe operator - turned HR professional - turned project manager passionate about people development and seeing folks fall in love with coffee.

They have been in coffee for 18 years, has a Masters and professional certification in HR and is a member of the Society for HR Management. Jess has been volunteering with the USA Chapter of SCA since 2021 and supporting USCC since 2022.

Today Jess works with Tradecraft Coffee & Tea, a value-add distributor that helps coffee roasters broaden their reach and helps curate specialty beverage programs for client operators in a variety of channels. 

Jess is a tea nerd, likes fulfilling curiosities through researching, enjoying the outdoors, and dabbling in creative expression through the arts or cooking.
