Marc Marquez

Marc is the Director of Coffee at Savor Brands. Born and raised on the island of O‘ahu, Marc is also a licensed Q Grader and focuses his skillset to support and promote Hawai‘i's local coffee community through education. He recently completed a month-long series of coffee experiences called the Pono Collective which connects college students and faculty with local coffee professionals by providing a holistic approach to coffee and its value chain. Marc also works with the SCA on sponsoring events and roaster competitions here in the US and around the world.
